MY Construction undertook the complete refurbishment of the Grade II listed Trocadero building. The project involved adding two new floors, plus a complex cut and carve, with structural works ranging across the entire project, plus a full fit out.

The Trocadero is a large building adjacent to Leicester Square, housing multiple businesses. These include a new 850 key hotel (Zedwell Piccadilly), commercial offices, restaurants, retail units, a cinema and residential apartments.

MY Construction refurbished every element of the building, working closely with our client (Criterion Capital) and all of the tenants.

With a 3 year programme, the project was carefully phased to minimise our impact on the tenants, immediate neighbours and the general vicinity of the hotel. Inevitably, due to the heavy nature of much of the work, noise disruption was inevitable. We carefully phased our disruptive work elements to minimise our impact on the incumbent tenants.
